Last updated 1 October 2026 · Written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the records the clinic keeps about your care, which are medical records held at the centre and governed separately.

Who is responsible

Perfect Life Care (PLC Health Care), RZ-2701, Gali No. 24, near Ruby Silai Machine Centre, Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi 110019. Under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website, and you are the Data Principal.

You can reach us on +91 96675 98997, answered 24 hours.

What this website collects

Nothing is stored on this website. There is no database behind it and no account to create. Specifically:

  • The booking and contact forms do not submit to a server. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed already written into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
  • There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
  • One small flag is saved on your own device so the free-camp notice does not reappear on every page. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What you share when you contact us

If you send the WhatsApp message, we receive what you chose to put in it — typically your name, phone number, email address and what you need. If you phone or visit, we take what is needed to arrange your appointment or test.

We use it only to answer you, arrange the service you asked for, and keep the records a clinic is required to keep. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Please do not send test results, diagnoses or other clinical details over WhatsApp or email. Call the clinic for anything confidential.

Others who receive data when you load this page

Three services are loaded from outside this website. Each one necessarily sees your IP address, as any website you visit does:

  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces the site is set in.
  • OpenStreetMap — the map on the contact page, loaded only when you scroll to it.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to open a chat. Your message is then covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not this policy.

Consent, and taking it back

Where we rely on your consent, you give it by choosing to contact us. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us on +91 96675 98997. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything done while it was in force, and we may still have to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

  • Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
  • Correction and erasure — have it corrected, completed, updated, or erased when it is no longer needed and no law requires us to keep it.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first, and expect an answer.
  • Nomination — nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapable of exercising them yourself.

Ask by phone on +91 96675 98997, or in person at the address above. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.

How long we keep things

Personal data is kept only as long as the purpose it was given for needs it, or as long as a law requires. Once neither applies, it is erased.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 through this website without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not track children or show them targeted advertising. Where a child is our patient, the parent or guardian deals with us on their behalf.

If you are not satisfied

Raise it with us first, on +91 96675 98997. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as provided for under the DPDP Act.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
